Product delivery policy

Upon confirmation of the order, the Customer will be informed by message to the e-mail address he has provided us with the delivery time of the products he has chosen.

 

The products are sent to the address indicated by the customer when submitting the order, accompanied by the sales receipt. The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the shipping and delivery information provided for the order. In the event of an error when the Customer provides the relevant contact details of the recipient, the Company cannot be held responsible for the fact that the product cannot be delivered.

 

Our online store cooperates with a courier service, in order to ensure the safe and fast shipment of the products. Shipping costs will be borne by customers, who will be informed of the exact cost of each shipment before submitting their final order. Our courier service delivers on working days, Monday to Friday.

 

Delivery time depends on the delivery address.

All products are shipped in 1-5 days from the day of order.

Please note that shipping may take longer due to busy periods or in the event of bad weather or force majeure. Our Company makes every effort to ship the products to its customers within the indicated time, but in the event of a delay for any reason, you acknowledge that no responsibility can be borne by the Company for delays in delivery that are beyond the control of the Company.

If an order includes products with different lead times, the lead time for the entire order is based on the longer lead time. However, the Company has the possibility of splitting deliveries. In this case, the Company will send a relevant e-mail to the Customer, who has the option to cancel all or part of the order.

 

Although we have taken every possible care to inform the Customers, in relation to the possible lack of availability of a product, there is a possibility that there will be an unexpected lack or unavailability of the product from our suppliers (and after the confirmation of the order by the Customer). In this case, the Company will again make every effort to contact the Customer, in order to inform him about this and to consult with him about the new delivery or the delivery of another product or the cancellation of the order free of charge for both parties and the interest-free refund of any money that may have been paid within a reasonable period of time.
